R. D. INSTITUTE OF SYSTEMATIC LEARNING (established 2006) by a set of professionals from the field of education with the aim to help all the stakeholders in the field of education to bring perfect psychological and scientific approach in the evaluation of various aspects of career planning, training and employment and to develop the professional expertise required to measure and understand the type of the gap existing between the students, their career and employment, and to help the student understand his interest, weak and strong area in terms of competencies and to bridge the gap which currently prevails between his/her capabilities and the actual requirement of the Employer through a process of training.
