Deputy Manager Direct Tax This role would be based out of Corporate office in Chennai. The person would work with the team to ensure Compliance to Income tax Act including transfer pricing and TDS Representations before the Income tax authorities Deferred tax accounting Designing and implementing tax optimization strategies Tax audits and returns filing Handelling of Income Tax matters, IT return filing Handelling of Income Tax matters, IT return filing, Income tax assessments Experience in International tax including transfer pricing Handling of TDS compliances domestic and cross border transactions, DTAA aspects, withholding taxes and compliances Deferred tax computations and accounting Manage and co-ordinate tax audits Ability to work around USGAAP and IGAAP financials for various tax planning and tax strategizing requirements. Analytical ability for working on projections for various tax strategies and forecasts.
