We are seeking multiple technology recruiters to join an ongoing successful team in our New Delhi (India office)
Chiefly we are interested in candidates who are smart, energetic, and have 2+ years of experience working as a Technical IT Recruiter in a performance-oriented environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Technical Recruiter is recruiting and staffing IT related jobs
Screens, interviews, and recommends prospective employees for employment in entry-level and experienced technical positions.
Search Candidates through social media platform and determining optimal recruitment methods for developing and maintaining a highly qualified candidate pool.
Providing regular reports to senior management on recruiting issues.
Utilizing and improving current sourcing and recruiting techniques and strategies
Strong understanding to work with VMS recruiting NO 3rd Party recruiting
2-5 years Sourcing or Recruiting experience and Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong Understanding of common technical terms and definitions and Ability to prioritize workload
Ability to meet or exceed performance objectives, Ability to multi-task
Must be very reliable with a Great attitude and Strong Work Ethic
