Facilitate coordination with Legal Team for timely receipt of drafts of documents to be sent to customers (such as Agreements etc.) Ensure timely information/ case history is provided to Legal team for supporting them in handling customer related litigations
Ensure timely sharing of information with the Finance and Accounts team on all post-sales related financial transactions
Coordinating with team for due & pending installments, collection Updating, processing, & Filling of all documents.
Ensure smooth possession process and solve clients queries with the co-ordination of engineering department. Develop good relation with customers.
Coordinating with customers for their sales documentation & loan process.
All Project Agreement Preparation, Execution of Agreement, Arrangement of Registration. Periodically review MIS and reports and analyze efficiency of CRM activities and provide updates to the Department Head
