Hello, Greetings from Swapnil Tiwari. I want a good and skilled pizza chef for my Wood Fire Oven Pizzeria.
It is a start up where you can exploit your talent or can work as a trainee. Should have the knowledge of ingredients required to make a pizza.
Should be skilled enough to pull off the authentic pizza style like Neapolitan pizza, Chicago Pizza, New York Style Pizza etc. Preferably certified chef, however, even if you aren't certified and have the confidence to make a good and tasty pizza, do not hesitate to apply. I will appreciate if you can bring the photo of your works and can demonstrate your work by uploading the videos.
The location for the set up will be in Kolkata. I will be a take away counter.
The best part for the candidate is that the pizzeria will be operational from 6 p.m to 11 p.m. Hence, it isn't a full time job and the candidate can have the luxury to do anything during the day as well.
The chef will be provided with a helper.
The candidate will be given a sum of INR 8000 a month + incentives opportunity.
