Project Manager:- To manage and ensure that the project schedules are adhered to as per the client specifications and deliveries are as per the time and quality standards. Job Responsibility :- Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers. To ensure process improvement and compliance and participate in technical designs discussion and to review technical documents. To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. Advanced understanding of planning, programming and design principles, and methods. Facilitates firm and project goals of excellence in design, delivery, and sustainability. Prepares reports and specifications; reviews completed reports, plans, cost estimates and calculations. Creates and communicates clear and attainable project objectives and project requirements for the project team. Responsible for meeting or exceeding the financial goals established for projects. Skills and Experience :- 5+ years of relevant experienced in all phases of interior project design, construction documentation production, programming and space planning. Basic project management software skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
