Overview
QMS and Project Management Training- Conduct training to the staff at regular intervals to streamline all the employees to maintain the expected quality and educate the new joiners of QMS process and set expectations on quality.
Internal Quality Auditing- Ensure the deliveries of various projects are in lined at the agreed scheduled, note the delays/diversifications if any and escalate the same to the higher hierarchy
Schedule and organize the internal meetings to announce the latest updates in Quality to the higher authorities.
Monitor the trends and developments in the internal audit area
Ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations suggested by external auditors.
Discuss audit findings and recommendations with line managers and report significant issues to senior management and Audit Committee
