*To handle International Inbound Calls.
*No sales, targets, upselling.
*Pure customer service.
*Resolve customer queries within the assigned TAT.
*Must have Excellent Language skill Spoken & written
*Should be open to work in rotational shifts.
*Good listening and responding skills.
Salary package: 16K to 28K CTC (Depending on Experience)
Working days & shift Alternate 5 day working & US shift
Transport: Home Pick and Home Drop
