Overview
-He/She would be responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients .
-He/She would be responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
-He/She would be responsible for sourcing from various Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
-He/She would work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
-He/She would be responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
-He/She would be responsible for validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
Excellent communication skills (correct grammer mandatory)
Good general knowledgeabout IT fields like Java / Data Analysis / Data Sciences/ BigData/PHP
Good presentation skills.
Excellent knowledge of computer and Microsoft Windows / MS Office 2007 and above
Knowledge of Google services Gmail/Drive/Voice is preferred
