Nishant Polycoats Pvt. Ltd, a construction chemicals company based out of Mira Road (E), is seeking an experienced full time Accountant/Bookkeeper, who is skilled and proficient to perform the following functions: Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and Billing Accounts Payable will encompass the processing of all accounts payable transactions including bills, credit card charges and invoicing client bills, ensuring accuracy of each bill and proper classification Accounts Receivable will encompass the accurate posting and classification of the daily receivable transactions, preparing deposit slips when needed, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of each days transactions Reconcile monthly credit card statements General Ledger maintenance Job Costing Full Cycle Bookkeeping Monthly financial reports for management Perform other general office duties as needed Assist in all areas of operation as requested by management Requirements and Qualifications: B.Com. Graduate preferred, 12th pass might be considered if he/she has relevant work experience Male candidate preferred Preference of candidate from Kashimira-Mira Road-Bhayander-Dahisar localities Preferably 6 months-2 Years experience in accounts and/or bookkeeping with an academic background in either finance, accounting or business management Please note: Min. Work experience is not a barrier, if easy and quick learner Familiarity with Post Production or Production accounting is preferred Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word) Good knowledge of Tally Medium to Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Marathi/Gujarati Professional presentation and conduct Must be honest, hardworking, responsible and self-managed Must have excellent follow-up and tracking skills Must be detail-oriented
