Overview
Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of Product required in the Standards or Specifications for all works.
Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures and ensures activity at the Product produces as per approved Quality plan.
Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System, QMS.
Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire product certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance raised by external certification bodies.
Carry out internal audit and facing certification bodies audit conducted by external certification bodies (BSI, LPCB, UL & FM).
Conducting supplier evaluation audits and approving new suppliers based on the ISO certificates and product certificates.
Preparation of Welding procedure specifications and qualification procedures for the fabricating products based on ASME & BS standards and dealing with third party certification bodies to approve the prepared WPS & WPQR.
Conducting Non destructive testing on the welded parts as per ASME sec V
