To assist the Centre in organizing and maintaining efficient administrative systems.
To participate with Trainers and staff in developing systems, policies and procedures to ensure the effective delivery of services.
To oversee and supervise the work of staff for whom the post holder is responsible, delegating tasks as appropriate
Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solution.
A positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities
Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
