Job Title : IT Executive Job Description - KRA's :- Manage information technology and computer systems. Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate customers network and inhouse servers. Monitoring, Troubleshooting, Management, Maintenance of LAN, WAN and Network printers. Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers,printers etc.) Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality. Ensure network security and connectivity. Responsible for data backup and retrieval.
