MVSD aims to be a large multi-dimensional entity in the field of cosmetics in India. Our services will range from formulating to manufacturing, and from training to trading. ZestChest is the brand name through which most of these functions will be marketed through. The Company is headquartered in Malad, Mumbai. The Sourcing & Fulfillment Specialist will report directly to the Co-Founders and will be the sole individual in the position. He or she will be in charge of sourcing cosmetic ingredients from Manufacturers and Wholesalers across India and across the world. These ingredients will be used both as input goods and as products to be sold on our website. He or she will also be in charge of fulfilling orders for these products. Responsibilities and Duties: Sourcing Research, contact, and contract manufacturers and suppliers of cosmetic ingredients and equipment. The bulk of the research will be performed online Ensure that we obtain the best pricing possible Ensure that our inventory is in line with order flow There will be a lot of travelling within Mumbai for urgent stock renewal Fulfillment View incoming orders on the website and ensure that the dispatch person is informed Ensure that the dispatch person has correctly labelled products and packed the correct quantity Ensure that all order disputes are promptly responded to and resolved Requirements and Qualifications Must be proficient in English and Hindi Must have a Bachelors degree in any field Must have high computer literacy Must have a two-wheeler Must not be put off by either field work or desk work Must be energetic, friendly and polite
