Sound experience on concepts of Software Test Engineering (Test designing), Verification, Validation, Testing Techniques for Web and Desktop applications. 2. Should have good strong understanding of black box / white box testing methodologies. 3. Participate in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, load, Performance and system testing. 4. Good understanding of SDLC and STLC 5. Provides feedback on software requirement documentation pertaining to software development projects. 6. Experience of writing Test Plan, Test Scripts, Test Cases, Use Cases from requirement documents and mock-up. 7. Intermediate SQL proficiency. Ability to understand the Stored Procedures and write queries for the test data extraction and manipulation. 8. Good communication & Analytical Skills 9. Can able to handle and mentor QA team. 10. Hands on experience on automation tool Selenium, QTP, QC, Load runner etc.
