Overview
Responsible for sourcing, identifying and closing hard to find IT professionals through interviewing process, effective rate negotiation and skill assessment.
Posting Jobs in Job Portals and Social Media like LinkedIn, Blogs, Google Groups etc.
Preparing and formatting the candidates resumes as per Clients requirement.
Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop).
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Desired Skills:-
Must have minimum of 1 years of experience in IT Recruitment
Expert in using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and others.
Ability to recruit using Social Media like Linkedin.
Ability to use Boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates utilizing multiple recruiting sources.
Sound knowledge of US Tax Terms and Visas
Must have an IT background or Education in order to be considered.
Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis.
Must be flexible to work in Night Shifts.
Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements.
Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
