Mataji Dyeing Mills Pvt. Ltd. is a closely held company incorporated on 28 March, 2012 with an Authorized Share Capital of Rs. 5.00 Lac and Paid-Up Capital of Rs. 1.00 Lac. Its Registered Office is at 13, Shiv Shakti Estate, Nr. Ritco Roadways, Narol Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat and its Principal place of business is at E-232, Punayata, Industrial Area, Pali.
Company also has a sister concern named Mataji Weaving Mills in Bhiwandi, Mumbai which is involved in purchase of yarn and production of grey cloth.
We purchase yarn from suppliers and are engaged in the process of weaving and manufacture of grey cloth at Bhiwandi. This grey cloth is served as raw material to Mataji Dyeing Mills Pvt. Ltd. Pali.
Currently at Pali, we are engaged only in dyeing, finishing and trading of dyed cotton fabric. However, the Company now aims to diversify its activities and add a range of printed cotton fabric & dress materials in its recent list of products.
Our objective is to expand our market base.
