Strong understanding and experience with MS Exchange 2010/2013/2016 and Office 365 in an enterprise environment including backup and restore procedures. Good understanding of Active Directory, OU structures and Group Policies, Active Directory Replication DNS, DHCP and IIS. Should have knowledge of Azure Cloud Services. Should have good understanding of Endpoint Security, Gateway Security for Exchange. Candidate must have hands on practical experience on below: User ID Creation/Deletion, DL Creation, Adding users in DL, Move user mailbox from one to another DB, Create Transport Rule Request, Enable Active Sync, Increase quota limit, Push policy on user account with Mass360. Troubleshooting for Mail Flow Related issues, mail queue increase incident, mail delay incidents etc
