Overview
Job responsibilities:
1. Answer and make calls professionally to provide information about products and services and support to our customer and partners.
2. Keep records of customer and partners interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
3. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to concern person.
4. Get feedback of our customer but grievances or special requests.
5. Generate leads and make communication for new partners.
6. other office assistant work like : mail, print, scan etc
Skills required:
1. Good communications skills
2. Ability to listen and problem solving skills
3. Good interpersonal skills
4. Good knowledge of computer, internet, email and CRM.
