A major role in designing and building our Android apps from ground up - this means you- ll be essential in laying down the groundwork, infrastructure and product discussion from start to finish. - Technical design, implementation, debugging and testing of features for Android applications across smartphones and tablets. - Partner with UI teams to help define and implement user interface improvements. - Partner with other engineering teams to work on server side integration. - Provide QA with test or production builds. - Strong knowledge on owning the delivery of Android APK's to the Google Play Store per project requirements. - Identify differences and new features across Android versions and associate the benefits or risks associated with the same. - Lead the Android team in terms of task breakdown, best practices, code reviews, support, planning and overall project ownership.
