Overview
The holder of the role is responsible for monitoring the transactions ensuring that they are in accordance with the contractual agreement with the client as well as proactive in documenting and sharing findings with operations to initiate immediate corrective measure
Monitor staff to identify errors, deviations & initiate corrective measures.
Should Perform transaction monitoring on the instructions entered in the application for advertisements
Participate in the Calibration audits and report feedback.
Carry out tasks assigned within the time frame given.
Create and maintain up-to-date reports
Create Individual and team quality reports as required for the process and send it to process owners.
Work with Client to identify the training needs for individuals
Skills / Roles I hire for
andidate should be from a Publishing industry with good knowledge in Books/Journals Specificationsguidelines. 6 months to 1 year of experience in QA positionworked in a similar role of monitoring the QAs in final Quality Checkmeasure performance by scores and give feedback for improvement. Should have hands on working experience in Quality analysis tools for problem solving and client complaint handling. Should have at least 3 months of experience as a quality analyst. Auditingfeedbackanalysis. Should have excellent knowledge of Quality
