Job Location:Agra CTC: Negotiable Key Responsibilities : You have to recruit agents/advisors. You have to train, motivate and get the business through them. Your Team of agents/advisors will on commission basis while you will be direct pay roll of company. Desired profile : He/She Must be minimum graduate with the experience of minimum 2 to 14 years in direct sales/retail sales ,marketing and business development, clients servicing, etc. The person must be in City for a minimum period of 3 years or more and must have good social circle/contacts within the city.
