Kidzee, Pre- School Assistant Coordinator/Counselor, Defence Colony, Roorkee Job Description Description: We are seeking for a candidate who has a steadfast belief to work, learn and adapt to changes; and above all a Pre School Assistant Coordinator/Counselor, who is responsible for the operation and instructional leadership at a preschool facility. Trains and supervises staff, sets instructional objectives, and works to build a rapport with parents. Primary Responsibilities: Manage day to day activities at a preschool Create instructional resources in the classroom Develop academic programs Consul Parents Monitor students and teachers for progress Train, encourage, and mentor teachers and other staff Administer record keeping Supervise teachers and other support staff Maintain rapport with parents Handle tours and marketing Work actively with teachers to maintain high curriculum standards Formulate mission statements Visit classrooms and observe teaching methods Meet with other administrators, parents etc. Desired Candidate Profile Education- Graduation/Post Graduation Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Keen attention to detail is paramount. Highly Proficient in MS Suite and Google Drive. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to speak and write clearly and persuasively. Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills. Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and take initiative. Passionately dedicated to Kidzee mission. Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, IT skills and should have pleasant personality. Minimum 2 yrs of experience as Coordinator/ Principal/Vice Principal.
