Create & maintain website content and ensure all content is up to date and ensure all pages, products & prices on the site are correct, updated and in line with trading at all times.
Upload the Products on the website by coordinating with brands team and creative department.
Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for all internal website queries.
Responsible for creating high lead converting landing pages, news articles and keyword rich pages.
Monitor and develop e-newsletters pertaining to the property and maintain all online channels to be accurate and brand. compliant according to company standards.
Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
Implement customer retention and loyalty programmes.
Manage service quality and customer satisfaction.
Monitor fulfillment of customers' orders via store pick or delivery service.
Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programmes, and activities over digital platforms.
Track and report business outcome of data-driven insights.
Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic as well as monitoring the online presence as well as rate position of immediate competitors.
