Overview
Job Responsibilities:
Employee Relation Activity / Time Office Function
-Checking & maintain attendance and overtime of company employee as well as contract labours in system.
-Man power planning and arrangement in various plant (Hot zone and Cold zone Areas)
-Contract labour Management (currently I am handling Contract cell in ER department)
-Leave posting, Weekly off,OSD,W/O change, shift change, shift schedule updating in Atten system
-Bulk hiring in updating to Leave,W/O,OSD,Shift change, Monthly Shift Schedule Updating
-Physical verification and dept attendance checking for better clearance
-Employees and contract labour Master Data updating in employee master PAY ROLL
-Employees and contract labour Master Data updating in employee master Attendance system.
-Monthly deduction entries in system like mess, colony, medical etc
-Lock the Employee from Payroll if any queries found
-Maintain and checking the Salary Register in the system
-Send the final salary to Account dept after the final checking and processing.
-Process the salary of contract labours in Pay Roll
-Submission and coordination of Medi claim, GPA & WC cases.
-Execution of PF related issues, Withdrawals, Transfer & Loan Advance cases. Submission pf return.
- Maintaining records as per legal compliances like Apprenticeship Act, Minimum wages Act, Workmen compensation Act, Maternity Benefits Act, Gratuity Act,
-Assisted in the function of performance appraisal
-Preparation of MIS related to new joiners and Left employees.
-Wages and Salary administration simultaneously with taking care of all the functions related to payroll
-Prepare daily manpower Report Company and contractual labours.
-Looking smart attendance system and payroll.
-Monthly payroll processing.
-Contract labour management, deployment of contract workers in plant sees all formality.
-Attendances checking of contract labour and prepare monthly wages.
-Maintain communication with Contractor.
