Overview
Responsibilities include:
i. Handle all business communication.
1. Able to communicate clearly in English (Written and Oral)
2. Will handle all the office communication (Email, Official Business Communication & Phone calls )
ii. Maintain all office documents (Files, Books, Bills)
iii. Do online search of products
iv. Handle client requests
v. Handle all logistics related work from office (Negotiates with transport Cos, Overlook dispatch of goods and Warehouse management)
vi. Maintain and track delivery schedules online
vii. Overlook staff (if required)
viii. Logistics
ix. Interacting with clients (only on phone, no field work)
