Overview
Primary Responsibility is to recruit agents as per plan
Activate agents on a monthly basis as per given plan
Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maitained as per the plan
Understand, Monitor & Develope the Agents and ensure that they meet the Career Progression from TA's to SA's and AO's as per the Agency Structure.
Generate Revenue and Acquire New Customers for Life and Non Life Division
Ensure Non Life Revenue is at 30% of the Life Revenue Target
(For E.g. if Life Revenue is Rs.1000000 then Non Life Revenue Target will be Rs. 300000 and Total Revenue Target to be acheived will amount to Rs. 1300000
Mandatory Attendance at all Meetings & Training Programs as decided from time to time by Manangement.
Ensure 2 Joint Calls are made on a daily basis
Review with Reporting Manager on a Weekly Basis
Conduct Meetings with reporting Agents on a ongoing basis.
Comply with all the Policies and Procedures laid down by the Company
