Description: As a Technical Project Lead you will drive web, middleware and mobile development. You will mentor, coach, and develop individuals on your team, while remaining 75% hands on with coding. You will work closely with engineers, improve development processes and make recommendations on latest tools and trends. You will lead the efforts to build a high performing, scalable new generation network security platform. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to prioritize and execute without supervision. Mandatory Requirements: Java 7/8, JDBC core, Collections, Multi-threading. Java NIO, Netty. Hadoop, Apache Spark. Apache Storm, Kafka. Cascading. Flume. iOS and Android app design experience. Strong Design and Development experience. Familiar with System Engineering. Prior leadership experience. Experience in dealing and solving performance issues, debugging. Prior experience in developing high volume, real-time applications. Ability to solve complex problems and communicate ideas with team members and managers.
