Responsible for preparing, conducting, & evaluating technical training programs according to organizational requirements. Developing training video's. Should be ready to work in digital classroom environment. Should be able to manage the subordinate trainer's. Should be able to build the micro & macro level working models. Producing training schedules and classroom agenda. To execute training sessions, webinar's, workshop's etc in a group or individually. One must be ready to travel for the conduction of onsite training.(Travelling expenses will be borne by the company).
