Overview
Primary Job Responsibilities
Be onsite & lead the activities for installations, training etc.
Listen and respond to customers needs and concerns
Troubleshooting and resolving software/system issues
Assist in remote installations of new software, service packs and upgrades
Provide phone support and remote remediation for client queries / issues
Identify opportunities to scale the organization business
Skills & Experience Required
Good understanding of the Windows operating systems
Knowledge of Windows debugging & troubleshooting tools
Basic knowledge of networking
Basic knowledge of Linux operating system & debugging tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
