Customer Support Executive - Telesales in Banking Process
Job Purpose/ Key Account abilities/ Responsibilities:
Calling to customer regarding Credit card sales
Need to document every call with regards to the Call log.
Need to provide call-backs if required to assist the customer.
Need to be professional.
Should have the desire to learn and work in a friendly as well as competitive environment.
. Both Freshers and Experience are welcome.
Process: Outbound / Inbound Voice Process
Timing: 10.00 Am to 06.30 Pm (*only Day shift) Sunday holiday.
