Overview
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintains all distribution systems for electricity, cold water, & indoor air quality etc.
2. Maintains and operates air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration systems.
3. Maintains building and grounds.
4. Ensures timely response to service requests by customers, internal departments, and management to repair or replace interior fixture or furnishings.
5. Implements energy management program maintains appropriate equipment operating logbook and utility consumption records.
6. Maintains adequate inventory of parts, tools and supplies.
7. Trains and supervises subordinates and assists in training other employees on safety and emergency procedures.
8. Conducts continuous inspection on the building and ground, and co-ordinates building electrical maintenance and cleaning work.
9. Is directly responsible for the safety and security of all and fire preventive measures and actions.
