Department: Partner Retention Designation :Account Manager Responsibilities Responsible for all the phases of renewal sales process - proactively contacting customers with expiring contracts, generating renewal quotes, ensuring renewals are complete, and maintaining customer contact regularly throughout the year Maintain high customer retention rates through the development of strong relationships with customers Effectively communicate with external customers regarding renewal enquiries Interact with other departments including to meet and deliver customer requirements Leverage the renewal activity to promote incremental product sales Follow up with customers that do not respond within designated time frames Key Skills Proven track record of selling and presenting in person and on the phone Must be able to speak multiple languages Must have completed an Undergraduate degree
