For the Post of Team Leader in An Insurance Company. You Will Be Given a Training for Three Months.you Should Attend a Training Class for Four Days. After that You Will Be Allowed to Write An Irdai Exam a Week After the Training Class. After Passing that Exam You Will Be Given An Enrollment Id. and You Will Given a Posting in Company.
