Overview
H.N.P.L is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join the contact center supporting our business. This role will be responsible for data entry.
1) prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry
2) check source documents for accuracy
3) verify data and correct data where necessary
4) obtain further information for incomplete documents
5) update data and delete unnecessary files
6) check completed work for accuracy
Education
Min : -10+2
Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed 35 WPM
knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
