Job Description for BDM Role Summary The Business Development Management role is He is responsible for generating new business from the market and meeting targets by introducing our companys product range to existing and new customers. Key accountabilities 1. Establish and build new relationships with existing and potential customer. 2. Be prepared to travel within assigned region. 3. Develop an in depth understanding of our companys products. 4. Provide feedback to the department to maintain the quality of service. 5. Assist the executive with product and business queries. Experience/knowledge 1. Strong in Business development and marketing skills. 2. Knowledge of the Service industry (good to have) 3. Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships with existing and new customer. 4. Written and oral communication should be excellent. 5. Negotiation & Convincing skills is must. 6. A sales driven approach that ensures targets are met.
