We are looking for Study Overseas / Immigration Consultants as Sr. Counselor / Assistant Manager, with expertise in PR (Canada and/or Australia) and/or Business Visa, for our Ludhiana Offices. Job Responsibilities: Attend walk-ins and Handling client interactions, customer query in terms of the queries related to Business Migration, PR TR, Study Visa solutions. Be responsible for all aspects and stages of each case, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client service. Provide professional assistance in Registration, Guidance, Admissions / Resettlement, Case study and Evaluating the eligibility of the prospect ensuring zero client dissatisfaction. Must have 2 to 3 years of work experience in Case Filing, Lodging Visa Application, Tracking the progress & process of PR TR & Study visas for different countries. Efficiently handle a team of 5 to 6 Team Members, their Staff welfare and Interact with HO and other authorities / offices as and when required in accordance with the company policies. Ability to perform under pressure, strict time-lines and targets. Functional Area: Immigration Qualification: Graduate / Post-graduate Experience: 3 Yrs to 6 Yrs. Location: Chandigarh Salary: INR 2,75,000 - 3,50,000 P.A. Salary Negotiable for Deserving Candidates
