Job is Located at Kalyaninagar PUNE only:
Work requirement Point 1) Attend Society from 10 to 1 in morning & streamline/troubleshoot every activity associated with Society functioning and Maintenance.This can comprise of running errands,purchases,and supervising any kind of repairs by coordinating with contractors etc.. eg ; water Tank cleaning, Pump &sensor maintenance, conservancy staff and security personnel issues,matters relating to Genset maintenance etc.
Work requirement Point 2) Write books of accounts,maintain Ledgers of members, raise bills,compute monthly income & expenditure,Upkeep of Society records..This activity will be done for 2 hours in evening say 5 to 7 or 6 to 8 or any other convenient time (evening). Should be able to write Letters as desired by Managing committee.Should know MS Word & Excel.
This ad is to invite applications from candidates who IDEALLY can do both Point 1 & Point 2 . Other candidates who can only do Point 1 OR only Point 2 can also apply. Salary will be decided during interview. Three month Probation will be applicable.Once the selected candidate gets the experience of the job, it need not be that he compulsorily has to physically be present at slotted times. Likewise if some important matter is underway during these hours, it could be that he may have to stay behind beyond the stipulated time limits occasionally.Candidates staying near about Kalyaninagar will be preferred.
