Brief description of day-day work :
conducting research for users and assisting them over chats

Assessment parameter & Skill requirements:
Specific - Tech Savvy, good research skills, excellent written and spoken English, 30 WPM typing speed
General - friendly, loves to find solutions and help out
Minimum educational qualification requirements - HSC
Completed/On-going undergraduate course
Strong communication skills, oral and written
Decision making ability and a sense of responsibility
Ability to work in a competitive environment without compromising quality
