Overview
Understand key client industry issues relating to products, product categories, technologies, primary competition
Build strong relationships with clients and operate as day to day client contact
Address client issues effectively, thoughtfully
Build relationships with colleagues, clients and the media
Evaluate campaign results against objectives; use results to suggest improvements to client or team
Monitor newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires and blogs, for opportunities for clients
Research, plan and strategize via PR measures to tap the client umbrella of stakeholders
Liaise daily with journalists to achieve mileage and visibility for clients by leveraging their brand in the media, via events, press conferences, press meets, news releases, interviews, contributory articles etc
Prepare regular client reports and attend client meetings
Research and write press releases to targeted media
