Qualification : A Bachelors degree preferably in Chemical Engineering from a reputed University/Institution. A Post-Graduate degree / Diploma in Business Administration is desirable. Experience : A minimum of 25 years of all-round experience in diverse areas including plant operations & maintenance, project implementation, corporate planning, strategic planning preferably from Chlor-Alkali / Allied Chemicals and Petro Chemical Industry. Applicant should have demonstrated successful leadership with a minimum of 5 years experience as a Plant Head of a Manufacturing Unit, should have excellent interpersonal skills and should be capable in handling operations and engineering. He/ She should be capable to ensure maintenance of continuous process in the plant and adhere to the targeted production schedules in a cost-effective manner along with on time execution of projects and high level of judgment, maturity, discretion, tact, integrity and work ethics. Age Limit : Age should not be more than 62 years.
