Overview
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling outbound International Voice calls.
- Resolving the technical issues related to software/ trouble shooting plans for US based clients
-Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery and converting calls into deals
-Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirement.
- Define and execute strategy that creates a long- term business relationship with key customers.
-Helps to identify and qualify leads.
Consult with customers to define and deliver the appropriate solution using industry's best
practices.
- Problem identification and resolution during deployment.
-Project management including proposal creation, project documentation and follow up to successfully move the relationship forward as defined by the strategic goal.
