Overview
-Visit various Government Organisations like local municipalities, local employment offices, NGOs ,ITIs college, Polytechnic colleges and gram panchayats for mobilizing students.
-Mobilization Coordinator at Youth Skill Development Project, Responsible for identifying unemployed youth from underserved communities - Motivating and getting them enrolled into various training programs.
-Creating platforms at a community level through which youth can be counseled on various professional opportunities.
- Information Dissemination & Mapping catchment area - Conducting mobilization drives (Door to door canvassing, Public Announcements) - Documenting into database - Follow-up of suitable candidates - Raising local volunteers & Point of Contacts in community - Home visits for trainees & Planning community events
-Conducting psychometric tests for the students for screening of candidates for the training program.
