Flexi's Goal is to Achieve the Right Balance of Gender Ratio in Organisations Who Vouch (or Support) for It. Our Core Area of Work is to Establish a Diverse Workforce to Our Clients. the Women Workforce Participation Rate in India is At 28% Which is Substantially Lower Than other Asian Countries like Singapore, China and Hong Kong. in Many Core Industries in India, this Rate is as Low as 8 to 10%. There is An Urgent Need of More Women in the Workplace and a Women Friendly Work Environment to Achieve the Gender Balance in Most of the Organizations. the Whole Idea or Focus is On Equality, Meaning, Women Need to Be Looked Upon as Valued Economic Drivers Too Along with Men.
