Job Description: Airtel Retail Store Help Desk
- Answer phones and respond to customer requests
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff (as and when asked for)
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system and applications
- Follow-up on customer inquiries, if not immediately resolved
- Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls
Competency Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written)
Knowledge Computer Literacy
Good speed and accuracy in Typing
Typing Skill: 20 wpm with 85% accuracy
For females Day Shift
For males Rotational shift
Salary: 15000 to 17000

Work Experience: Fresher / Experienced
