Overview

The Key responsibilities of the role are mentioned below: RECRUITMENT 1. The candidate must have 3 to 4 yrs of Experience in HR & Admin areas (Majorly Recruitment) Male candidates only. 2. The Candidate will be responsible for timely closure of open positions. 3. Hell be the first point of contact for Candidates who are coming for Interview. 4. Hell be responsible to take up their Initial round of Interviews and do the assessment before scheduling their next round of Interviews. 5. Hell be responsible for receiving the recruitment related calls of Candidates and to invite the suitable Candidates for Interview. 6. Hell be responsible to check all the CVs received from the Candidates (To review the CVs and to do initial telephonic discussion before calling up any Candidate for an Interview). 7. If the Candidate is through with all the rounds of Interview then to negotiate the Salary with the Candidate and ensure the joining at the earliest. GENERALIST ROLE 1. To prepare Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Experience Letter, Relieving Letter etc to the employees. 2. To complete the joining formalities of any new joinee. 3. To maintain the Employee Files. (New as well as Old Employees) ADMINISTRATION 1. To coordinate for the preparation of any sort of Exhibition along with the Staff. 2. To ensure timely registration of Brands at Various locations. 3. To coordinate for the ongoing legal cases and to keep management updated about the progress. 4. To coordinate for any sort of repair work, purchase of Stationery items etc 5. To coordinate with various vendors and to negotiate the best possible rates with them for various services. 6. To handle any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.
