Handling Inbound & outbound client calls.
Cold calling.
Replying to the mails of the clients with appropriate solution.
Understanding & resolving the issues of the clients at times.
Eligibility:-
Candidates with excellent English & Hindi verbal & written communication skills,.
10+2 & any Graduates. Male & Female both preferred.
Optimum presentation skills and a flair to excel.
Go-getter attitude.
Willing to work in shifts.
Freshers and experience upto 2 yrs.
