Job Description Experience of handling the complete process of ticketing Perform PNR creation in abacus, OSI/SSR Request update, Pricing , Wholesale ticketing to vendor ,Canceling Air ticketing Segment ,Divide PNR of tickets and all this with Using GDS tool ( Abacus or Galileo) Handling customer requirements such as date change of tickets, seat request, boarding pass and meal request etc Should have air contracting exposure Knowledge of CRS Hands-on experience of working on GDS - GALILEO/ AMADEUS/ SABER/ ABACUS/AMADEUS He will be taking care of all the queries of Clients Having knowledge of entire reservation procedure. Review reservation book daily Review arrival report daily Responsible for preparation of occupancy forecast Responsible for work schedule Good geographical knowledge globally Good communication and writing skills Candidate must be flexible with 6 days working. Must be well aware of All the geographies, country capital across Asia and world Education- UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization PG:Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization Doctorate:Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required Eligibility:- IATA Certified Excellent Communication skills written and verbal Should be comfortable to work as a implant Preferred experience on any GDS (GALILEO/ SABER/ ABACUS/ AMADEUS) Any other relevant Travel and Tourism qualification would also be an advantage Good geographical knowledge globally Knowledge of CRS
