Overview

1. Organize and Manage quality assurance function in close co-operation with the customers and with the Companys Management. Designing the Continuous Process Improvement plan and schedule for implementation of Continuous Improvement Activities. 2. Manages, monitors, and reports individual and operational quality performance and propose improvement action plans. 3. Prepares monthly TNI, PLA reports and action plans 4. Worked on Multiple projects to improve Customer Experience and Efficiency. Good working knowledge of metrics like NPS, AHT, CSAT, FCR and Internal Quality. 5. Supervise and direct all aspects of VOC data collection, analysis and process improvement recommendations from all collection points. 6. Lead Process Automation efforts to reduce waste. Lead and manage Process re-engineering efforts across business lines. 7. Mapping organizational requirements for developing and implementing new processes. Analyze requirements and document procedures, policies and work instructions to enable the team perform effectively and efficiently
