This position offered is of a Business Associate who is sequentially trained in ALL areas, viz - 1) Branding/ Advertising/ Promotions 2) Team Training & Team Development 3) Operations and Administrative Principles 4) Finance, Accounting & Budgeting NOTE # Training in all the above mentioned four areas will be COMPULSORY...! During the training, the candidate will be paid on commission basis. This is an ON-THE-JOB TRAINING....! On completion of the training, the candidate will be promoted as a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM) to run a branch office for us with a 20 to 25 member team.
